By Your Side Recovery offers addiction recovery coaching, mental health mentoring and wellbeing companionship services to help people with addiction and mental health issues not only find solutions, but transform their lives from stuck and uncomfortable to successful and thriving.
Because recovery looks different for everyone, we work one-on-one with individuals to customize life plans to help achieve goals that fit their specific lifestyle. This is the opposite of cookie-cutter approaches to addiction and mental health issues. We are essentially personal trainers for YOUR mind, body and spirit (or your loved one, should you be here to get help for another).
One of the benefits of working with our company is that these services can all be provided from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Coaching and mentoring can even be done virtually, which allows you to take your sessions anywhere. We make it an easy and relaxed process. We are not medical professionals. Our services are not intended to take the place of licensed clinical practitioners.
Our services provide guidance; teach coping, organizational and life skills; boost self-esteem and self-confidence; offer techniques to abstain from one's drug and/or drink of choice (and explain how to spot and combat triggering situations that could potentially lead to relapse); offer recommendations to raise one's serotonin and dopamine levels naturally to reduce anxiety and depression, and so much more. Each person will have a separate set of needs and wants, which is why sessions are tailored specifically for that individual and their lifestyle.
We offer a free consultation where you can ask questions and chat with one of our trained professionals to see if our services are a good fit for you or your loved one. We are unfortunately unable to take on all cases due to supply and demand, severity of ailment, or certain situations for which we are not specifically trained.
